This is Marilyn’s 48th year in education. She has taught all elementary grades,as well, as being a math specialist, Texas math teacher trainer, family math teacher, curriculum specialist, and her last 9 years in NISD as a vice principal. Through all her experience, being Principal of Infinity Christian Academy has truly been the best 17 years of her educational career.
Marilyn loves spending time with her family, watching movies, creating “handstamped” cards, and traveling. She is also grateful for the passion God instilled in her early on to teach children. She taught Sunday School at Crossroads Baptist Church for 30 years as well as teaching VBS for many summers. She also serves as the Board President of Infinity guiding the direction of this model of schooling. She is continually grateful that the Lord has helped build it to bless all the families who believe in its mission and vision. She loves the Lord and desires for all these students to come know Jesus as their personal Savior.
Kelly possesses the energy, enthusiasm and animation necessary to teach Kindergarten students. This is Kelly’s 17th year teaching Kinder here at Infinity. She continually keeps the students engaged in learning with academics as well as music, art, and center activities. She has worked as a community teacher for Northside Independent School District teaching decorative painting. This same artistic talent has lent itself to her creating a line of art projects for children called “Kelly Kits”. Kelly has three daughters who have all attended Infinity throughout the years. Her oldest daughter, Rhapsody, was just married and her youngest is in 7th grade. Kelly teaches all our elementary students Art once a month.
This is Nicki’s 2nd year teaching at Infinity Christian Academy. She is married and has 3 sons with the youngest, Jonah, in 3rd grade. Her oldest son is studying to be a pilot missionary and her middle son is in his sophomore year in college. Nicki is dynamite in action keeping the children actively engaged in hands-on learning. She has great expectations for her students and they rise to meet them.

Hi, I’m super happy to be teaching third grade at Infinity Christian Academy. I’m married to my best friend, Roman, who is an Army veteran. Our one son, Jonah attends 4th grade here at Infinity.
In my classroom, I want my students to feel loved, supported, and excited to learn. I also want them to grow in confidence, become better readers and writers but most importantly, I want my students to feel the love of Jesus and to grow in Christ every day.
Outside of school, you can find me in my garden or taking care of my chickens. I love visiting new places, finding good books and coffee shops, and enjoying all kinds of music—from praise and worship to jazz , rock and Spanish.
I’m so thankful to be part of the Infinity family and excited for all the fun, learning, and memories this year will bring!
Rachel is very excited returning to the classroom after spending the last 10 years working as a children’s minister for her church. Before that time, she was an elementary teacher for Northside ISD for 11 years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood from University of Texas at San Antonio. This will be her first year teaching at Infinity Christian School and is looking forward to an environment where she is free to share her love for scripture and her love for Jesus! She loves to create a classroom environment where students are engaged and feel safe to make mistakes! She has been married for 18 years and has two teenage children who keep her busy! In her free time, she loves to watch her children play sports, cook, spend time with her family and friends, go camping, hiking, beach trips, and travel.
Shelby is so excited to return to the fifth grade classroom for her sixth year teaching at Infinity Christian Academy. After being in a parent volunteer role for several years here at ICA, the decision to move to our teaching staff was an easy one. Between her time here at school and running a residential real estate team, Shelby makes sure to travel often with her husband and son and get lots of walks in with her very active dog.
Shelby credits our hybrid model for one of the reasons she truly is able to do it all. In addition to the busy roles of wife, mom, teacher, and realtor, she is also part-owner in a home building and design company and is able to serve in a leadership position in children’s ministry at her local church. She also became one of our board members at Infinity Christian Academy.
This year she volunteered to teach PE and has done a remarkable job putting together some great center activities for our students.
Watching children grow and learn in their faith has always been a passion of Shelby’s, and she is grateful for the opportunity to get to know each of our students and their families in the upcoming year. Shelby also stepped into the position
This is Stephanie’s 3rd year teaching at Infinity. She joined us after teaching several years at Geneva. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of English from UTSA and has multiple teacher certifications. She started teaching in SCUCISD and then has served in Christian schools. A fun fact is that Stephanie has taught elementary, middle, and high school. Stephanie has been married to her sweetheart Dennis for 24 years. They have three daughters. Growing up, she felt a strong call to missions, but God led her to the mission field of serving youth. She and Dennis have served in the middle school youth ministry at their church for over 20 years. Stephanie also serves in nursery, women’s ministry, and VBS.
Jo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary and Special Education from the University of Wisconsin and a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Minnesota. She also serves on the Infinity Christian Academy Board of Directors to help maintain the vision of mission for this ministry. She continues to be blessed to walk with other parents through this model of schooling. This is her 18th year. She has a total of 45 years teaching experience and brings many talents and skills to Infinity. Since she is fluent in American Sigh Language we can offer that as our foreign language for high school. Her “out of the box” thinking lends itself to always sharing a variety of solutions to any challenge/opportunity we face. She lives her faith out loud, bakes delicious desserts, and inspires her co-teaching parents.
Vikki grew up in the Dallas area and received my bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M. She met Carlos, her husband in Dallas after college, and they were married in 2000. They moved to San Antonio in 2007.
Her previous career in Corporate Travel allowed her to explore many beautiful places in the U.S. and Europe. She loves sharing her experiences abroad with my students when teaching History hoping to create a desire in them to see God’s beautiful world for themselves.
She began homeschooling in 2020 and fell in love with the Christian Education curriculum. She heard about our hybrid model and enrolled her son, Hayden in 7th grade. Hayden is now a senior and headed to graduate this year. She joined our teaching staff 3 years ago and is doing an excellent job of sharing her love of travel with her history students. She loves the family dynamic here at Infinity enjoying lots of friends/coworkers.
She loves watching her students learn and grow through all the studies and experiences in the classroom. Vikki also teaches our middle school students Grammer and Literature.
She has a great relationship with the students and loves playing review games with them. Some hobbies that bring her joy are being with her family, cooking, crafting and traveling.
Diana graduated with her Bachelors of Science degree from Texas A&M University’s College of Education with a focus in math and science. Diana previously taught in NISD middle schools before becoming a mother to three children. She has homeschooled her children for the last 6 years. Her youngest daughter is now a 6th grade student at ICA this year. Diana has a passion to teach youth and has been actively serving in her church’s student ministry program for the past 12 years. She has been married for 20 years and enjoys the outdoors, family, and interior design. Diana will teach Math to all our 7th-12th grade students this year. We are thankful she accepted this calling from the Lord.
Eileen loves teaching Literature and Grammar hoping to inspire great writers and readers. She recalls riding her bike to the library to check out as many books that would fit in her bike basket as a youngster due to her love of reading.
After twelve years of marriage, she was blessed with twins, a boy and a girl, named Damian and Devyn. Life was very busy but she managed to complete her master’s degrees in English at UTSA and prepared to become a teacher as well as being a mother.
Today, Devyn lives in Greenville, South Carolina and works for Apple. And, yes, she is a voracious reader. Sadly, she reports losing Damian when he was eleven, and nine years ago, she lost her husband of 42 years. These days her companions are a couple of naughty black and tan dachshunds named Herbie Jane and Francie who keep me entertained.
She is very thankful to have the opportunity to teach at Infinity Christian Academy and grateful to be part of their lives and this community.
Josiah Fredrickson holds a Texas Teacher Certification and a Master of History from UTSA with a focus on education. This is his third year at ICA, and he is currently teaching Bible and History to the middle/high school students.
As an educator, Mr. Fredrickson’s goal is to inspire transformation in his students through a love for learning, so they might personally see God’s great plan at work throughout history and their life.
He keeps his students actively engaged, offers many projects and alternatives for students who get test anxiety and playing review games to retain material they learned.
An interesting thing about Josiah is that he is a master scuba diver and he is also working to get a research paper published entitled “Bandera, The Cowboy Capital of the World.
